Hourly rate or fixed rate for projects will be discussed during our first phone call.

Regular Employee Costs:

Employee Benefits - State Unemployment, 401(k), Health Insurance
Bonuses, Profit Sharing, FICA
Paid Vacations, Holidays, and Sick Days
Employee Taxes
Supplies, & Software - Computers, paper, Microsoft Suite, Powerpoint, Adobe Illestrator, etc.
Office Maintenance, Utilities (i.e. heat, A/C) phone and fax lines, office space and furniture
Your time to manage those employees
Paying for coffee breaks, surfing the Internet, gossip sessions, lunch, appointments, etc.
